Buyer Beware List
The Buyer Beware List is maintained by the Division of Consumer Protection to:
(1) protect consumers from individuals and businesses who have engaged in deceptive practices;
(2) supply consumers with pertinent information so as to aid them in their decision making; and
(3) encourage the development of fair consumer sales practices.
This list is comprised of those individuals and businesses that have been found by the Division to have committed deceptive practices or other violations and have failed to comply with the Division's order to pay a fine or other order.
