I have a complaint about a contractor who didn't finish the job and put a lien on my house.  Where do I go to for help?

Contractors are required to be licensed through the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL).  Disputes and complaints against contractors may be resolved through that Division.  DOPL also administers the Utah Lein Recovery Fund.  You may also want to contact an atttorney to help you.
